CRITERIA for PROSPECTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
* At least 19 years of age
* A practicing Catholic
* A registered, active member of LIVOTF (for at least six months prior to nomination) 

RESPONSIBILITIES of BOARD MEMBERS:
* Attend monthly Board meetings
* Be current on LIVOTF issues and able to vote on them
* Attend most regional meetings

DEADLINES:
* Nominations accepted through OCTOBER 10, 2008
* Interviews completed by October 17, 2008 
* Nominees will be published by October 20, 2008
* Voting will end at the November 2008 Regional Meeting
* New Board Members will be announced at the December Regional Meeting
* New Board Members will be installed at January 2009 Board Meeting
* New Board will be introduced at first Regional Meeting in 2009
