Visit the Windy City, see old friends/ make new ones, hear fantastic speakers, participate in breakout sessions and leave feeling renewed and invigorated!

Our national conference is July 11-13 in Chicago. The speaker list includes;

- Frank Keating: former head of the bishops' sex abuse review panel who compared the bishops to the Mafia and who left because of the lack of cooperation from the bishops to make meaningful changes

- Angela Shelton: a dynamic actress and activist who has been working to educate people about abuse

- Wendy Murphy: a powerful author, columnist, former prosecutor and frequent CNN & Court TV commentator

- Marci Hamilton: a brilliant constitutional attorney, author and outspoken advocate for survivors

- Victor Vieth: an inspiring ex-DA promoting a plan to eliminate child sexual abuse in three generations

- Eugene Kennedy: a former priest,now a professor of psychology at Loyola University of Chicago, who is one of the nation's most respected writer's on religious topics and a frequent contributor to The New York Times

Our program will include break out sessions dealing with acupuncture, yoga, and hiking as a tool of healing, support groups for women, men, loved-ones of survivors, and those abused as vulnerable adults, as well as how to discover the work history of a predator and how to reach out to the media to get your story told. We'll also have early morning walks along the lake front, a silent auction and so much more.
